In June 2007, Circle Like a Halo entered
Hometown Bandstand's on-line Battle of the
bands and won second place with their version
of "Cry for Love".  In less than two months,
CLAH became the 5th "most popular" band on
the www.HometownBandstand.com, thanks to
the tireless voting of their supporters.

CLAH thanks Hometown Bandstand for hosting a
site promoting local and regional music and feels
honored to appear alongside other great bands
like "Eyes Gone Empty" (with songs featured on
Atlanta radio station Project 961), "The Bastard
Suns" (who recently opened for 311 at Hi-Fi Buys
Amphitheater  in Atlanta) and "The Pennies" (a
recent opening act for "Blue October" and
scheduled to have two of their songs featured in
an upcoming John Carpenter movie).
